"Our storehavebeen teaching Good Form Running since February 2010.  The resulting feedback and testimonials have been overwhelming.  We have customers returning and relating how they are running further and faster, and most importantly many have had incredible break-throughs overcoming pain."

(GFR) Allows me to run pain free after knee surgery. Soon after the class, if my knee hurt, I knew I was overstriding. This hasn't happened in 6 months.

Jeanne

It's made me more concious of being present while running.

It has been a great service and insight to my running, I also understnad it is an ongoing process, not a quick fix.

Hi, my sister  took the information that she learned from the seminar and ran her fastest 5K race on Saturday.  She ran the Gizzard City race in Potterville.  She took second place!  She wanted to say THANKS AGAIN!!!!!  Have a great day.

John Schaubroeck Testimony

I had asked trainers to look at my stride in the past, and they never seemed to recognize what I was doing wrong. I only wish I had learned these things much earlier in life; by now, who knows, but I might have built a very strong running foundation. Thank you for your expert help and advice!

Best,

David Marsh Testimony

The single biggest difference I notice is that I don’t feel like stopping when I get to the end of the distance I had planned to run.  I feel like I could just go on forever.  My wife, who has had knee problems that forced her to quit running several years ago, has started running again and so far so good.

Having fun again and hopeful that it continues.
