What is Good Form Running?

Runners strive to run faster, more efficiently, and injury free.  Good form running focuses on proper mechanics and technique and aims to help runners of all ages and abilities achieve those goals.  GFR is designed with simplicity as the primary goal, since if something isn't easy it generally doesn't last long.  Making incremental changes in running form can have a monumental effect on the enjoyability of your exercising while helping you to Run Faster, Run Efficiently, and Run Injury Free!

GFR Classes

Playmakers (Okemos, Mi)

Level 1 - Thursdays:

Cost: Free

Location: Playmakers

Time: 6:00 pm - 7:15 pm

Cost: $20 (at the door)

Location: Playmakers

Time: 10:30 am - 12:00 pm
